X, the vestiges of racism that still exist are in the hearts and minds of individuals rather then a matter of law. It is simple (although not always easy) to change the law. To change peoples hearts and minds is a different story and is not something easily done by government edict. What do you think should be done about these vestiges of racism? Tim
