In 1995 there was a meeting held by prst for prospective investors. At that meeting, in attendance, was John T. Oxley( a person known for having participated in previous stock manipulations, including Christian Purchasing Network and others,as well. I can provide supportive evidence to this effect. Carlton Lutts and his family who have devoloped a flair for seeking out stocks who have a high short interest and attempting to create a viel of legitimacy around these stocks, sought out to create a false demand for the stock and therby control their float and artificially increaes the price of their stock. He was sucessful at this. A stockbroker, M. Chapman, who was barred from the securities industry and now living in south Florida, operating as a stock promoter and is currently under investigation by the SEC and US Attorneys Office in South Florida. A number of stock brokers operating throughout the US all of which have
questionable pasts in the industry, some of which are formerly affiliated with Kemper Securities....as a few examples.
In concert, these same people, save of Oxley who is dead, seek to create the same fertile ground from which the previous conspiracy to
inflate the price of prst shares was spawned at this "meeting" May 30 1997.
While I could write another 100 pages about his subject, I will leave it at this.
Don't be foolish and let these suck you in for the "second round!" You deserve better for your hard-earned money. Don't be a sucker buying this stock for $70/share only to later find out that while you were buying this band of criminals was selling.
I'll be back with more in the near future.
