No one yet has explained to me with all this 'paid basher' stuff why someone would: Do it to drive a stock down when up is so much more potentially profitable, pay someone to commit a felony for them (thus creating a very viable link to themselves and a potential witness), or why the SEC has yet to prosecute a single case of it.
