Who? Gore? Why? What did he do wrong?

As a protest, and to disassociate himself from Clinton. He would be leading in all polls if he did, and would have a much better chance of becoming a president (assuming the Democrats would still nominate him).

As an independent, I find Gore to be the stronger candidate.

Independent? ;)
