Zeev, You have to be careful about generalizing about "flash". Embedded flash is different from flash cards, and high density and low density flash are different from each other, used in different applications. Important to distinguish all of them to get an accurate read of the market.
However, Wall Street will undoubtedly do the usual thing, and lump them all together whatever the reality may be, which is always much more difficult to assess. Free space at TSM (I assume that that is who you mean by "TMSC) should be good news for SSTI. It is irrelevant for Sandisk's CF, MMC and SDMC, though, as is AMD, INTC, and most others' expansion of flash capacity, as they don't make the cards that Sandisk makes its money on. Hitachi, Toshiba and Samsung are the ones to watch for that, as well as any progress on memory stick and Smartmedia.
