Sam, I clearly remember Cramer saying that right after the merger was announced and he was pretty emphatic about it too.

What I find strange in Cramer is that he claims he's a trader and takes what the market gives him. He likes to sell into strength and buy into weakness.

If Cramer was a good trader, he would have recognized that JDSU was a steal in the low 60s last week, and is now up 30% from its low just one week ago. Instead, he's been on his bullhorn all week trying to convince everyone that JDSU is going to zero.

If I'm not mistaken, Cramer went to Harvard, just goes to show you that even Harvard let's some guys slip through the cracks.
