Mike: I noted on a different msft thread that you are work for msft and were involved in writing the msft jvm. In reading msft's stated java strategy on its website, it talks about the msft jvm as being "part of Microsoft's end-to-end commitment to the best java performance" and "is making a comprehensive, end-to-end investment in Java support..." I this is true can you comment on what msft's strategy is in dealing with Sun's java processor that will increase java performance 15x faster than java used with an interpreter and 5x faster thqan its use with a compiler. bob
