DD, I'm sure that if Mr. Chiang is as smart and competent as you and others portray him, he will be able to develop some solution to the Y2K problem. On the other hand, I'm sure he is not the only smart person around. There are many companies developing some sort of Y2K solution and there are only two and half years left before the end of the milenium. Do you really think that will all the competition ZITL/MD will run against, they will be able to generate enough profit to even justify their current market cap? IMO, even though the Y2K problem is a real one, the expectation set on ZITL ( and many other companies for that matter) seems to be unrealistic.
I think that if Zitel's solution was as good as they claim, they would have anounced some contracts by now, instead of just dragging on the beta testing in Nevada. Just remember, the clock is ticking.
