I prefer PRIA over ASYT for the pure reason that people have to use PRIA (or equivalent) to move 300mm wafers, while they don't necessarily have to use ASYT's SMIF approach in the future. To go the ASYT route, you have to design your whole flow to use the "mini-environment" in order to completely benefit from the fab savings (i.e. having a less-clean fab with a clean mini-environment), whereas you can always add automation incrementally after the fact (although you'd rather design it all in from the get-go as well). But, what do I know?
