The "significant reduction in cash flow" was intentional as they eliminated the business that they deemed to have less upside. Perhaps things have taken longer to develop than they had anticipated, but if you haven't been following the company for very long you may not be aware of the long history of forbearance on the part of their creditors. With the likelihood of significant revenues going forward (as this historically very conservative management team more than hinted at in the release), it is clear to me - and, I would venture, most of us who have owned PCTR for several years - that the worst is over.
