Tom, I have a question re ADCT for you and the thread. As I understand it, Cadogan is only 51 yrs old and he is leaving at the end of the year. I gather he has been a very good leader and manager of ADCT and I am not clear on why he is leaving and just what impact his going will have on ADCT's future. Any light you can shed on this point would be appreciated.
