i'm not avoiding it. it is obvious that they do if they are in that age bracket. i do not believe my dad does, but my grandfather probably does. this doesn't "prove" anything, though. if i'm forced to pay $1 to get $0.50 later, i do not approve of the system by picking up my $0.50. did you do the math i laid out in my other post? do you dispute the results?
