Don, from what I understand, Cadogen is leaving the CEO post for the Chairman post. That means he will still have significant input WRT major management decisions. The daily ops will be passed to a new CEO (from within - current COO?). Yes, it will/may have an impact because you have a new chauffeur driving the limo, but overall strategy and mission should not change with great significance. JMO
