I certainly do not deny that cash flow is a BIG concern. However, the 10Q report was as of June 30, 2000. On July 20, 2000 the Sale of Perceptronics' PGTS Division was completed. Under the terms of this agreement, the 2 SBA loans were Paid in Full. Also $301,000 of accounts payable and other liabilities were paid off. The elimination of these liabilities will help the financial statements. However, I'm expecting the 2nd quarter (ended September 30, 2000) financial results to be only a small improvement over last quarter's $320,825 loss. I'm hoping for some revenue from the $300,000 HLA Contract and possibly a little royalties from the sale of the PGTS Division. I feel things are turning around in the 3rd quarter. Revenues from the HLA Contract and PGTS Royalties will be earned and NOW WE HAVE A PAYING CUSTOMER FOR THE IC3D/WYTH TECHNOLOGY!!! I feel this is a HUGE step. I'm thinking this can be a big marketing tool. It is easier to sell something when you can demonstrate what it can do. One customer will become two, which will become four, which will become eight and so on. The snowball has started and will gain momentum if the technology is as good as I'm hoping! I'm basing my hopes on what I know of the people involved with Perceptronics. It has been a long struggle for the shareholders of Perceptronics. However, it has to have been even more difficult for management and employees of the company to struggle through the cash shortages for so many years. I feel that these are very talented people and their loyalty and devotion to Perceptronics over the years is very much appreciated. They could have gotten higher paying and more stable jobs. However they stuck with Perceptronics because they knew of the potential for the technology that they are developing. There are obviously problems with the company. If there weren't the stock price would be over $5.00 instead of $0.35 after an announcement like todays. BUT TONIGHT I'M GOING TO CELEBRATE THEIR CURRENT SUCCESS ...... and tomorrow pray for their finances and continued marketing and selling success. |
