Here is a link to the European Patent circa 1991. Notice the international publication date is October 31, 1991. How can Micron, Hyundai and Infineon claim they did not know about Rambus IP when it was published in 1991???? I always thought published meant PUBLISHED! This patent contains the claims and the technology encompassing SDRAM and DDR. delphion.com
