I would not worry to much about the legal bill. I think the main concern would be how to they know they have discovered the extent of the malfeasance and does the company have a viable economic model. makes you wonder why they would fix the books if business was so good. I had a similar situation with Varl and the release did not make sense to me- sure enough there were more cockroaches running around and the company was delisted very quickly.
