Thanks Paul for another really great post.
BTW, MOSTEK was underwritten by EFHutton Inc. who was their Investment Banker in those days. Getting MOSTEK was considered a really big win for us, as Ben Rosen, the then semiconductor analyst for Morgan Stanley, or was it Merrill Lynch,was bringing in most of the Semiconductor firms as Investment Banking clients to his firm. As you know, Ben later went on to become Chairmen of CPQ.
