What I would like to know is what price does the management at CCO want to ask for the lease(s). Give us shareholders a ballpark dollar figure so we have some idea of what we are shooting for. I see that some on this board have spoken to James Joyce in person. I also recall that someone mentioned a $1-2 billion figure and he noticeably paused during the conversation and then said something to the effect "..that is a lot of money". Why can't CCO tell us all what they would be happy with? 500 million? 1 billion? What??? Will
