hi andy, im not an expert on how these closed end funds work either, but i have purchased one of these animals before. i remember that the literature i recieved on the fund stated that there would be a 5% front-end load and there was no commission to fidelity reflected on the trade statement. i can only assume that the fee was factored into the NAV. andy if u do find out exactly how these things work pls fill me in. rodnius
