Has anyone heard the following? If Bush wins the popular vote but loses the electoral vote, his campaign staff indicated that they would wage an aggressive grass roots lobbying effort to urge Gore electors, in those states that do not bind electors to the pop vote winner, to cast their electoral votes for Bush, based on his popular vote victory.
