You can find insider trading information at: canada-stockwatch.com Total shares issued 13,138,736 Insiders: Harold DROGA 765,205 ........5.82% Peter TAMBANIS 2,277,362 ....17.33% Also refer to GMO SI thread post number 418 While the numbers for options outstanding appear to be 3 million, we don't know which insider(s) own the options. It is difficult to get a clear picture. Total insider plus what appears to be options not exercised = 6.043 million or approx 37.4% Hope this helps, Ron E
