Does anyone know the company and whether this is a problem mainly confined to KLIC? Ted, KLIC is a leading supplier of wire bonding equipment. Prevailing technology trends for chip attach are to microBGA. IBM has been licensing C4 (their version of MBGA) for the last several years. Intel, AMD, Motorola and others are licensees. It may be having an effect on KLIC. AL
