Not really. My guess is that if you look at their balance sheets, they don't have the money to do any further expansions; they're unable to raise the money attractively.

Until their share prices recover; or financial markets start looking at the sector favourably, the probability of this cycle ending due to overcapacity within 2 years gets closer and closer to zero.
