based on last nights PR my guess:

-after months of work there is no buyer for the company
-they will meet earnings estimates as with only 12 days to go they did not warn
-the ax men have been retained to try to: cut costs and sell or liquidate selected business segments/portfolios that have no go forward value in order to raise enough liquidity to meet the next debt refunding
-the dividend will be eliminated to preserve capital

if the above is done well then there will be a smaller, viable portfolio focused business that can either then be sold or run on a go forward business

thus, my guess that the thought of a sellout for 8-12++ is now gone, and I'd think it will trade in a range of lets guess 3ish to maybe 5 or so for the next three to six months

but then again, based on my track record on this pig, what the heck do I know
for the Z I should sell my positions soon at a loss and we should keep Sue's
