Dear Charles: What will cheer you up will be the upswing in market values of your portfolio if Bush is elected. Although you and I seem to be on opposing sides of this contest, I got to admit you seem like a fine upstanding person. Surely, you would agree with me on this latest GAMBIT by the Gore group exposing a Drunken Driving citation against Bush IN 1976!! According to the TV last night Bush was stopped and tested .10 (heck, in Fla. at that time I believe our minimum was .15 but not sure, in any event we are not talking a big thing IMHO) Anyhow, the cop that stopped him said he was a perfect gentlemen, admitted right away he was wrong, went down and paid his fine. On top of that Bush has ALWAYS SAID he used to have a drinking problem and stopped ENTIRELY 14 years ago. According to Bush, he never told his daughters about this because he has stressed to them to not drink and drive and didnt want this to be something they could point to and say YOU DID IT. All of us who have children know thats EXACTLY the way the teenage mind works. Then Gore and his henchmen HAVE TO COME OUT and disclose this stupid little thing which IMHO means ABOLUTELY NOTHING to the Public. I am telling you these are MEAN LITTLE PEOPLE and I see NO HOPE of a Gore type ever reaching CONSENSUS with Congress. I hope you are as indignant about this as am I and tell your people this is bullshit. Vote Gore if you wish but PLAY CLEAN. JDN
