i read the SEC report in regards to the latin america deal and this is what i think. I think the term latin america included Mexico in their definition. From what I was able to discern from the report, Mexico was their only customer. The mexico deal is off but the 2 consultants get to keep their stock options. I think they each get 50,000 options a piece. So thats why I believe they cannot name any customers from latin america.
