JC - cobalt competes against commodity based NAS appliances from CPQ, HP, DELL and others and was at the bottom of the heap in sales and market share. They may do a little better under SUNW than they did on their own, but my personal opinion is that they will get killed by the players in that market who already have lead market share, have big economies of scale in the base components, and have the distribution and sales in place to move that class of product. I think SUNW paid about 3 times as much as they should have for Cobalt, and got the weakest player in the business.
