Linda Masterson, CEO of LifePoint, Inc. (AMEX: LFP) announced that CMI, Inc. will be the exclusive, worldwide law enforcement marketing partners for the LifePoint Test System. “The agreement provides for payment of an exclusive marketing distribution fee to LifePoint anticipated to be approximately $5 million” said Masterson.
