Great idea. Lets go into a potential negotiation with the State of Florida by telling them in advance what we'll settle for. It makes no sense for the company to publicize this information. First if they are wrong in what they can obtain they open themselves up to shareholder lawsuits for providing misleading information. Second they are involved in major litigation, it makes no sense to provide the other side with this type of information prior to potential negotiations.
