eLottery Launches Enhanced eLottoNet.com Web Site

<<<NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 2000--eLOT, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELOT), a provider of web-based retailing and Internet marketing services to governmental lotteries, today announced it has launched its enhanced lottery results web site located at www.eLottoNet.com.

eLottoNet.com has a new design and new features including a free Lottery Email Notification Service (LENS). Lottery players who register at eLottoNet.com will receive their state lottery results via email every day. The new site also offers lottery news, archived results, tips for playing the lottery and a random number generator. To date, FreeLotto.com has delivered approximately 1.3 million lottery players to eLottoNet.com pursuant to the previously announced strategic partnership agreement.

Edwin McGuinn, eLOT's President and CEO, commented, "Lottery players no longer have to watch the drawing on TV or thumb through week old newspapers to find their state lottery results. eLottoNet.com will email them every day for free."

Mr. McGuinn continued, "We have already begun generating revenues through advertising embedded within the LENS emails. We expect eLottoNet.com to be a significant revenue generator for us because advertisers are willing to pay a higher CPM rate for targeted emails compared to banner advertising. eLottoNet.com also allows us to build a database of lottery players that have Internet access, the exact demographic we will be targeting for web-based retailing of lottery tickets. We will also capitalize on cross promotional opportunities and offer LENS subscribers the opportunity to register at our reward-entertainment web site, www.eLotteryFreeWay.com."
