GW was a drunk until age 40. He didn't become governor until age 48. Get your dates straight. And he's no great governor unless you believe his bogus claims about educational excellence which the Rand Corp exposed as manipulated by tutoring kids for special tests. Otherwise his record in Texas is in the bottom 5% in almost every category. The one thing he's #1 at is fund-raising.
