Telemarketing Cisco is a Desperate Move

My Under-1000 Employee Company went with HP-ProCurve over Cisco 2 years ago for many reasons I won't bore you with. But over those 2 years, HP has gone up in price and popularity, while Cisco has come down in price. Now they have launched an aggressive Telemarketing Campaign that may be symptomatic of desperation. I get a call now practically every 3 weeks from someone different at Cisco. Each time I politely tell them I'm not interested, yet I still get more calls. This would indicate that the TeleMarketing has be farmed out, instead of centrally controlled, or they would update some database somewhere about my disinterest. If I were an investor of any Company marketing advanced technology in such a pathetic way, I'd be pretty worried...
