HI John- yes I am and I hope you are too. Thanks for asking about my guests. They left happy, I took them up to Ft. Lauderdale beach, got a sidewalk table in a small cafe right across the street from the beach shower and watched those sweet young things in those thong bikinis wash the sand and the salt off their bodies. (John, sometimes I scare myself ) Anyway it's the first meeting face to face, we'll see what happens from here. They're putting a proposal together to handle sales and financing.

OK , enough of that. It's encouraging we're hearing the same thing but honestly those names have been floating around for awhile. If I sound anxious it's because I'm sitting on a TON of June calls. Hey, it's only money. I'll hit your son in law up for a loan if I run out of cash. <GG>.
