URL is from Kaufman Bros research report today. It'll probably show up in WSTL's website under analyst reports in couple days.

Kaufman also mentioned "We view this as a positive development for Westell because the company, along with its European partner Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Ltd., is providing BT with 50% of the DSLAMs and CPE for its rollout."
