The KLIC attack on the semi-equip may be abating a little. I am slowly getting back into the sector, just got back into VECO at $69-3/16, only $.5 or so discount from this morning sell, but the deeper decline I expected seems to pass over VECO. Still looking to reenter BRKS few other semi-equip. Once these are in place, I'll be "fully loaded". Zeev
