Ya, ditto for me.

Problem this morning was orders disappearing after repeated cancellations, and then re-appearing 15 minutes later.

The second problem solver I spoke with said he had over twenty people waiting when he answered my call. He tried to pass me up the ladder about five times, and finally gave up.

When it's been working lately, it's worked well enough.
