I will be shorting CSCO on earnings. Just like last time. No matter how good the numbers are a best you will get a little pop for a day or so and then a slide back down. FON, T and WCOM are all in trouble. TELECO sector has nothing bad news and more bad news. DOW falling through 200 dma. When the "election safety net" is gone fear will come in as most tech companies will continue to have bad news and more bad news....
