Follow-up to my previous post. Here's a fascinating lowdown on the DPS --the infamous French "para-secret service": ptitess.multimania.com It's in French so you may want to go directly to the mercenary-profile part.... Obviously, what's striking is the time span, I mean the years mentioned in that report are 1996, 1997, and 1998 (Summer) along with the locus --Central Africa (ie Congo-Brazza, RDC, Comoros,...) Indeed, the French handwriting is all over.....
