AZS stock and options both trade in Vancouver not in Toronto.

Vancouver is presently winding down its options business and will move most of the options presently listed there to Toronto. Since AZS stock doesn't trade in Toronto, the options will be terminated after September.

Other Vancouver options, such as CIBC, will move to Toronto. Take note option traders, the specialists in Vancouver are not too interested in taking on any new positions because of this move. Thus they try to discourage any trades by offering very wide spreads and refusing to sell or buy more than 10 options at one time.
