My comments didn't address your beliefs, nor did I characterize you as vindictive. The constructive criticism I was offering relates to a statement you've just made: While I don't tell others how to conduct their lives I don't condone their behavior if it violates the laws of God Whether you condone your threadmates' behavior or not is a moot point on this investment discussion board. Judgemental comments, whether they be about stocks or moral issues, resolve nothing but are potentially divisive. >> the freedom to obey the laws of God, without being persecuted was the primary reason why this country was founded A student of history would have better insight into this claim, but imho, the primary reason this country was founded was to escape British taxes and lack of representation in the political process. >> I just present the truth for whatever it is worth to those who read it. That's the problem, zello. Your statement implies that there is only one truth and that you are privy to it. I believe that there are many truths, and each of us has the right to determine their own. >> Everyone has their own convictions and every one has there own God-given conscience they have to deal with. Amen. Then why don't we get on with the business of investing and stop the incendiary dialog and judgemental commentary. uf
