I sent investor relations the following message today. Does any one think it will have any effect? To Whom It may Concern: Just in case you haven't been told this morning( I am sure you have) your webroken service is unacceptable. In case you care (I am sure you don't) you are causing your members financial grief! You have not updated accounts or listed orders executed for hours! A twenty year customer but not 21, Richard Hanks P.S. Please don't bother to send me a "canned" reply.
