I can just see him negotiating with the Chinese. Bush would be playing the part of the super friendly but dumb American (I don't think he has to study too hard for that part)and walking away with everything he came to bargain for and leaving the Chinese laughing. You should have picked some other nation. The Chinese are too smart and too patient to be out negotiated by either Bush or Gore. You are right tho. After Bush leaves the Chinese will be laughing and wondering why America is such a rich country with people like Bush running it. They might hire the Japanese to come out here with their cameras and do some research.
