If you think the company is going to be sold, I'd dump IVI shares because in terms of valuation IVI = IVC.. In other words, IVI share holders will be paid exact same amount because in case of sale, IVI will automatically be exchanged for IVC.. The premium will disappear faster then you can say IVI..
