I think the joke will be on the Chinese when they launch missiles based off of stolen American technology, only to find that those missiles mysteriously hit their own embassies all over the world.

<That a party would jeopardize the safety of this country in return for campaign contributions is reprehensible, again in my opinion.>

And they say Bush isn't fit to handle foreign affairs.
