So, you're saying that the officer only gave Bush a ticket and then let Bush go back into his car drunk to resume driving under the influence and putting himself, his passengers, and others at risk on the road way? I highly doubt that... What incredible liability that would have been on the part of that officer, and I don't believe any officer who stopped a driver that failed a roadside sobriety test would allow the driver to get back into his car and drive away, that would be most incredible.....

I was a law enforcement officer for a number of years and I had full arrest powers, although I appreciate your thoughtful tips on arrest procedure..... BTW, why would you anticipate a cute come back? Sensitive about your reply?
