Les,

Based on Trin Tab numbers, the US had roughly a 4.5:1 increase, while Int'l an 11:1 increase.

Do you think these ratios are consistent with reversals from sizeable market declines of the past? If not, I'm wondering if more money is flowing into Int'l funds this time around.
