IMO, this election is more of a wash with Wall Street. Gore is seen more as an incumbent and Bush has a clear record as a republican governor of Texas. The only uncertainty would be if Ralph Nader wins. -vbg-

Speculation is, Bush is ahead in the Electorate College and Nader is hurting Gore in some key states. Chances are more in favor that Gore could win the popular vote and George W. would be the next Pres. I also believe no matter who wins, we may have a one term presidency. JMO

It was a coin toss between buying IMCL or ICGE. IMCL won the toss. Congratulations to Tom and the other traders who bought ICGE. Nice one folks!
