Cephalon has major players handing them R&D Money. In the eyes of Chiron, Tap Holdings, and others they are making a significant capital investment in R&D and will want to continue to leverege that invesment on future developments. There are, I would quess, many reasons for these large players to include a company like Cephalon in their business model to avoid bureaucratic and financial limitations or gain synergistic competitive advantages. I'm sure there are others like ceph, is it just a matter of havining the right mix to get "player" cash ? Peace Bob
