Your points are well made however there were 3 others in the car of whom no mention has been made regarding their sobriety; hence one of them could have driven. I posted based on statements as first reported. Since then there has been conflicting information regarding the exact circumstances. Guess we will have to wait and see. I still abide by my character post and apparently so do others. I anticipated a cute come back because I know this board and you just supported my position with the question you asked. JFH
