Phil, The TSe applies it's rules less stringently to exploration companies as far as capital and resources as they know that they raise money and then spend it in exploration. That raised money is like earnings in a way so they more or less average it.
Look at SAS, now at 15 cents, been on the TSE for ages, gold producer du for a runup later this year or early next??
